Founded in 2018 by a group of high-tech investors, arts executives and advocates (Hsing Kung, Sandy Chau, Joyce Hsu, Maria Chen & Anthony Ng), ArtsSV is a 501 C3 nonprofit organization embarking on a meaningful track of changing the cultural landscape of Silicon Valley.

Our organization DNA consists of innovation and collaboration, cultural diversity and arts education, a dynamic vision-in-process reflected in the following:

  • Main Stage Series to present national & international established performing artists and groups as a catalyst for artistic inspiration and audience development in Silicon Valley.

  • Hidden Gem Series to showcase our local community and emerging artists with world-class quality.

  • Arts Enrichment Series for various arts form & multi-dimensional media for life-time learning as well as to connect & collaborate with various performing art groups of different ethnic backgrounds and artistic disciplines which reflect the culturally-rich and true diversity of Silicon Valley.

ArtsSV has presented the world-renowned Müller Chamber Choir in February 2019, in collaboration with Stanford University with a sold-out performance. We also featured our local gems, the Peninsula Symphony Chamber players and guitarist Yuri Liberzon in November 2019.

The COVID-19 pandemic impacted the whole world; we have to cancel all of our programs with shelter-in-place order by the government in 2020 to 2022. Such as Martha Graham Dance Company, the oldest dance company in USA and one of the most celebrated in the world; Ray Chen, winner of 2008 international Yehudi Menuhin violin competition, who redefined what it is to be a classical musician in the 21 st century; and the groundbreaking international “Piano City”, a three-day piano festival that offers many opportunities to experience piano virtuosity in new and unexpected ways. Until July 2023, ArtsSV presented an internationally known Children’s Choir “Vox Nativa” from Taiwan to a full house audience at CPA San Jose and produced another sold out performance, the Labyrinth of Love: A Night of Arias and Songs at De Anza College VPAC in September 2023.

We reached another artistic excellence milestone in 2024 by presenting Operatic Aperitifs: A diverse musical feast for the soul with a full house and standing ovations. 2025 Arts for Social Change Benefit Concert: Three musical masterpieces brought to life in one unforgettable concert—music that heals, unites, and moves us to act.
