Shu-Hua Cheng

Pianist

Shu-hua Cheng has been an active collaborative pianist in the Bay Area since 2005, where she coaches and performs with vocalists, instrumentalists (strings, woodwinds, etc.), and choruses in recitals, music festivals, competitions, and auditions. Her extensive performance career has taken her to prestigious venues such as Carnegie Hall in New York, the Kennedy Center in Washington D.C., and the Kulturpalast in Dresden, Germany. Additionally, she has participated in music festivals and concerts across the US, including cities like Los Angeles, Denver, Portland, and Chicago, as well as internationally in Austria, Slovenia, Canada, China, and Taiwan.

Shu-hua holds a Master’s Degree in Music of Piano Performance from the San Francisco Conservatory of Music, where she also studied harpsichord and organ. Her formal education has provided her with a diverse musical background, enhancing her capabilities as a collaborative artist.

鄭淑華自2005年起在灣區擔任鋼琴伴奏, 輔導聲樂、器樂 (弦樂、木管等) 與合唱, 並在音樂會、音樂節、比賽及甄試中合作演出。她的演出包括紐約卡內基音樂廳、華盛頓甘迺迪中心及德國德勒斯頓文化宮, 以及奧地利、斯洛文尼亞、加拿大、中國大陸、台灣, 與美國洛杉磯、丹佛、波特蘭、芝加哥等地的音樂節與音樂會。

鄭淑華畢業於舊金山音樂學院鋼琴演奏碩士, 並學習大鍵琴、風琴。她的正式教育為她提供了多元的音樂背景, 增強了她作為合作藝術家的能力。
